Giovanni Panno

Vice President, Engineering

Giovanni is ExecuPOWER’s Vice President of Engineering, overseeing all aspects of project development and execution for all transmission, distribution, and substation projects. An Executive with over 22 years of management, engineering, and construction experience with a superb balance of technical know-how and workforce management and collaborative abilities to successfully deliver some of the largest projects in the world, including EPC LSTK contracts. Giovanni earned a reputation with his internal group and clients as an effective leader with the ability to manage and train efficient, goal-focused teams. He is skilled in encouraging collaborations, empowering staff, and building cohesion among team members. He has demonstrated growth and success developing and executing corporate initiatives, creating and executing strategic plans, managing stakeholders’ and clients’ expectations, and driving to achieve and exceed growth and profit performance targets in the energy industry.

Giovanni earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. He works with young professionals by helping them develop key skillsets for long-term growth and success. He is also an active participant in community outreach events and oversees our sustainability committee to ensure the organization is doing its part to promote sustainability.
